The 1830 Wedding Barn, located in the scenic heart of Oxford, Maine, is a charming and historic venue perfect for weddings and special events. Built in 1830, this stunning barn was once part of a thriving dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was thoughtfully restored into a versatile event space that beautifully blends rustic elegance with timeless New England charm.

Inside the barn, you'll find original hand-hewn beams, classic barnboard, and carefully chosen repurposed antiques such as the apple orchard ladders, a hay-claw chandelier, and the historic Hebron Academy milk cooler. These details create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that honors the barn’s rich history while providing a unique setting for your celebration.

The 1830 Wedding Barn is surrounded by breathtaking views of rolling hills, open fields, and the original apple orchard. We still harvest fruit from the orchard to bake our delicious homemade pies! Guests are welcome to explore the picturesque grounds and enjoy the tranquility of the property, including stunning sunsets over the western sky.

Whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, the 1830 Wedding Barn offers a one-of-a-kind venue where history, nature, and celebration come together to create unforgettable memories. We’d love to help you make your special day truly remarkable in this exceptional setting.
