Planning
Throughout the planning process, we will stay connected to make sure we can provide as much information and support as you need. We will go over your floor plan, table & chair set up, the ceremony site, decorations, vendors, and your timeline. We will also go over what an indoor ceremony would look like for your event, in the case of inclement weather.
During the rehearsal, we will go over all of your event details one final time before your Wedding day to ensure we have everything needed for a perfect (as possible) evening!
On your wedding day, we will take care of setting up all tables, chairs, decorations & the ceremony site. We will coordinate all vendors and assist them with setting up as needed, and will remain on-site and available throughout the event.
Our goal is to provide exceptional service, and support with the planning and set up process so that you can enjoy your wedding day stress-free.
Amenities
There is a private room available for brides or spouses who would like a space to get ready on-site before the event that is available to use as early as two hours before the scheduled ceremony time.
There are two restrooms, which we provide supplies for. We will tend to the facilities during the event to re-stock and maintain as needed.
There is an arbor available for couples to use and decorate for their event, we also have multiple options for possible ceremony-sites.
We provide and set up all tables and chairs, including guest tables and banquet/catering tables and a cake table. Linens are not included.
There is a guest parking lot and overflow parking for larger events. We have a vendor parking lot that is closer to the barn for ease of dropping off /picking up supplies. A parking attendant will be on-site to direct traffic during your event.
There is a built-in live-edge bar inside of the barn, for events that hire a bar service.
We have string lights decorating the inside and outside of the barn, which are up throughout the wedding season.
